Health is a full time job! You have to be on it all the time from what you think to what you do and of course what you eat and drink.
What we think produces hormones which control our lives, good thought produce happy health giving hormones and also switch on our immune system. Bad thoughts do the opposite!
Stretching and exercise must be part of our daily routine and fit for purpose routines are much more beneficial that any exercise. But of course any exercise is better than no exercise.
Nutrition, well what more is there to say. So much has already been said on this subject but our daily routine should include planning and preparing our daily food and liquid intake.
