CLASS ETIQUETTE
PLEASE:
- Arrive at least 5 minutes early for all classes. You will not be allowed entry after the warm up for safety reasons.
- If you arrive late your space may be given away.
- Wear appropriate workout clothing and training shoes. If in doubt about what to wear, please ask your Instructor.
- Advise your Instructor if you are new to the class or have any injuries or medical conditions prior to the class starting.
- Bring a towel with you, the rule ‘no towel – no workout’ applies.
- Switch off your mobile phone during the class.
- Stay hydrated throughout the class with a suitable fluid.
- Inform the Instructor if you need to leave early as it is important for you to participate in the class cool down to reduce the risk of injury.
- Do not chew gum during classes.
- Read and be aware of our Booking / Payment / Cancellation Policy.
- Wipe down equipment using bacterial spray after use as directed by your Instructor.
BOOKING/PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES
- All Classes must be booked online.
- Bookings can be made 8 days in advance.
- Guests will need to book by coming along to the club and pre-paying the £8 fee.
- Bookings need to be cancelled a minimum of 4 hours before the class start time. This must be done online. Reception can be busy and unable to answer the phone at times so cancellations by phone cannot be accepted.
- Classes not attended or cancelled within the notice period are considered ‘No Shows’.
- ‘No Shows’ will be charged and your class booking system ‘blocked’.
- We offer ‘one free no show’ every 6 months as a goodwill gesture.
- ‘No Shows’ incur a charge of £6 which will need to be paid to unblock your account and allow you to book further classes.
Waiting List:
- If a class is full you can opt to join the waiting list.
- You (and all on the waiting list) will be notified by text/email if space becomes available. You must book the class yourself on a first come, first booked basis, there is no automatic booking.
