We feel we offer a great studio programme, certainly as good as most other clubs, but don’t just take our word for it, check out the timetable page.
If you haven’t been to us before and you are interested in joining, you’re welcome to try one class (excluding Aerial classes, Fight Klub or any of our special classes and workshops) before doing so. Trial classes must be booked by the attendee and cannot be booked by another member. Please call The Circle Studios on 01273 911 331, email reception@thecirclestudios.com or pop in to the studios. Non-members are welcome to do a class (excluding Aerial classes, Clubbercise and Fight Klub) for a fee of £8 which must be paid in advance. In order to book a space, please call us on 01273 911 331 to book and pay. Please note that these bookings are not refundable but can be transferred once only to another class. Requests for booking transfers must be received 24 hours before the start of the original class booking. Bookings cannot be transferred outside of this time.

Yes, the joining fee is £26 or £40 for The Circle & Underground Gym membership.
Yes we do have some parking on the roof for fully signed up members of The Circle members only. The car park is monitored by ANPR and you MUST provide your registration number BEFORE you park at The Circle. Please ensure that you only park in the spaces that are designated to The Circle which are to the left at the top of the ramp. You may only park here whilst attending The Circle and tickets will be issued outside of class times.
As with most places in Brighton and surrounding areas, parking is limited. Please ensure that you allow yourself enough time to find a parking space – we cannot guarantee there will always be room in our car park. There are many spaces in surrounding roads.
We do appreciate that there are times when childcare may be an issue – but unfortunately we don’t have creche or childcare facilities and we are not insured for unsupervised children in the centre.
We welcome members of all types here at The Circle Studios – however, there are some classes that are only available to fully signed up (direct debit) members. These include all Aerial classes, Clubbercise and Fight Klub. If at anytime you wish to a upgrade from a PAYG member, monthly prepay member or class card member, please speak to our reception who will be happy to help you.
Membership
You have probably received this email because you missed a class. Please go to class booking system and pay to unblock your account.
We run a very clear and generous policy for class cancellations. You are able to cancel classes up to 4 hours before a class, after this time it is marked as a late cancellation. Once you have reached your limit of free late cancellations/no shows you will be charged £4 each time, which is to be paid by via the booking system or at the studio reception. We do not accept cancellations via telephone, email or Facebook so please ensure that you cancel your class via the class booking system to avoid any fines.
Please note that due to high demand, anyone cancelling Aerial Yoga late or not showing for their booking will not be able to book this type of class again for one month.
When you are on the waiting list an email goes out to everyone on that list and it is a case of first come first served. If there is no space when you log on unfortunately it means someone has beaten you to the space. Please note that we don’t automatically book people in as this results in spaces not being used or late cancellations if members don’t check their emails in time to see they have a space.
Go to the class booking system and select ‘forgotten password’. Your new, temporary password will then be sent to you via email.
If you have been exercising regularly in the months immediately preceding becoming pregnant and wish to continue the same classes during your pregnancy, you can do so, as long as you have the permission and guidance from your doctor/midwife. However in the interests of your health, it is down to the discretion of our individual instructors as to whether or not they are happy for you to be in their class. We would therefore please ask that you enquire before attending a class to avoid disappointment. As always, you will be attending at your own risk.
Yes! Save £1 / month* for every friend you refer that joins the club. All you need to do is let the reception team know as soon as your friend has joined and they will make sure your discount is applied.
(*payable once the referral has been at the club for 2 months – discount will end if referral leaves).
As a member you can currently do as many classes per week as you like. However if you fail to attend the class or do not cancel in the agreed time limit you will be charged at a rate of £4 per class missed.
If a class is cancelled you will be notified by email and/or phone. If you have not booked a class but wish to attend, please do check the timetable in advance of coming to The Circle to ensure that there are spaces available and the class is running.
For health and safety reasons and also for the comfort of others, we request that you do not take bags or shoes in to the studios. We have lots of coin operated lockers in reception and in the changing rooms. These take old £1 coins or trolley tokens. Tokens are available to purchase from reception for £1.
It’s really important that you are in and ready to begin your class on time. The first part of any class will be a warm up and it’s essential that you complete this at the beginning of the class. It can also be disruptive to others when people arrive late for a class. We therefore reserve the right to refuse admission if you do arrive late for a class.
If you’re attending a Les Mills BODYPUMP class, please allow yourself enough time to set your equipment up before the class starts.
You can cancel your membership at any time. We just ask that you email us to let us know and then cancel your direct debit as we cannot do this for you.
