Yoga has been a way of life for me for many years. I trained as a Hatha yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and hold a 500 hour diploma certificate. In 2017 I completed a teaching diploma in Well Woman Yoga. I nurture and care for my students with a relaxed and safe approach.

Then I was good to go with truly amazing instructors who inspired me go on to train at level 2 and 3 with YMCA Fit and Vibe and combine my fitness/teaching and psychology experience into a passion and now I can't stop.
